Cookie Policy

• Strictly necessary — session and authentication tokens that keep you signed in to your workspace, and a short-lived entry that protects sign-in forms. Without these the app cannot work.
• Preferences — local storage entries that remember interface choices such as the last tab you opened, table view mode and whether the sidebar is collapsed.
• Payments — when you open checkout, Paddle (our merchant of record) sets its own cookies to process the transaction and prevent fraud.
• Website measurement — on our public marketing pages, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tags set cookies that tell us how visitors find Nord Flow and which campaigns lead to a signup. These do not run inside the signed-in app.
• Consent — a single entry recording that you dismissed the cookie banner, so we do not show it again.

We do not profile you personally, build advertising audiences from your workspace content, or run any measurement tags inside the signed-in app. We do not sell any data collected through cookies.

Strictly necessary and preference entries require no consent under EU rules. Website measurement cookies can be blocked with your browser settings or a tracking-protection extension, and Google Analytics offers a browser opt-out add-on. Clearing the authentication entries will sign you out of the app.

Cookies set during checkout are governed by Paddle's own cookie and privacy policies, and website measurement cookies by Google's. Our hosting and database provider may set strictly necessary cookies to route and secure requests.
