Terms of Service

Nord Flow is a subscription workspace for managing projects, pipeline, funding applications, partners, budgets and portfolio reporting. We provide the service on a best-effort basis and continuously develop it; features may be added, changed or retired over time.

You need an account to use Nord Flow. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity in your workspace, including the actions of members and external partners you invite. Workspace owners and admins control roles, permissions and sharing.

• Plans are Free, Starter, Growth and Business, with the limits published on our pricing page.
• Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial without being charged.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Prices are shown with any applicable VAT for your billing country at checkout.
• Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.
• If payment fails, we may downgrade the workspace to Free. Your data remains readable, but actions that exceed Free plan limits are blocked until billing is restored.

You retain all rights to the content you put into Nord Flow. We process it only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data from the app at any time. If you delete your workspace or account, we remove the associated content from production systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

You agree not to use Nord Flow to:

• store or distribute unlawful content, or infringe someone else's rights;
• attempt to access another workspace, bypass access controls, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission;
• resell or provide the service to third parties outside your own partner collaboration; or
• place unreasonable load on the platform through automated means.

We may suspend a workspace that materially breaches these rules, with notice where practical.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside typical Nordic business hours where possible. Support is provided by email for all plans, with priority handling on the Business plan.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nord Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service develops; material changes will be announced in the app or by email to workspace owners before they take effect. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may terminate an account for material breach or prolonged non-payment.

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
