Refund Policy
Nord Flow is sold as a monthly subscription with a 30-day free trial. This page explains when we issue refunds, how cancellation works and how to contact us.
Last updated 26 August 2026
Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends without paying anything. The first payment is taken on the day the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your workspace.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the paid plan until that date.
- After the period ends the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data stays readable; actions that exceed Free plan limits are blocked until you upgrade again.
Refunds
Because a full 30-day trial is provided before any payment is taken, we do not automatically refund partial or unused subscription periods. We will, however, issue a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged after cancelling, or charged more than once for the same period.
- A technical fault on our side made the service substantially unusable for a paid period.
- You are entitled to a refund under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Where we agree a refund, it is issued to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
EU consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Where you have asked us to start the service immediately and it has been fully provided within that period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Business customers purchasing on behalf of an organisation are not covered by this right.
Merchant of record
Payments, invoicing and tax for Nord Flow subscriptions are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record. Refunds are processed through Paddle, and their buyer terms apply in addition to ours. Paddle may also handle billing questions and receipts directly.
How to request a refund
Email billing@nordflow.tech with the email address on the workspace, the invoice or transaction reference and a short description of the issue. We reply to refund requests within five business days.
